The aim of this checklist is for all teams involved in the delivery of shared care ATMP trials to gain a shared understanding of essential elements of potential capacity and capability at feasibility, to deliver the trials within/across the NHS Trust(s)/Health Board(s).

This checklist is a supporting document attached to ‘Guidance to establishing shared care ATMP trials within or across NHS Trusts & Health Boards’; a resource which identifies the key steps to establish shared care ATMP trials, within or across UK NHS Trusts or Health Boards. The guidance aims to accelerate clinical trial set up by supporting effective collaboration between disciplines/specialties, who are working under the same ATMP trial protocol.
