Ewan Morrison, Director of Pharmacy from NHS National Services Scotland, recently attended a collaborative meeting of the chairs of the Scottish Area Health Boards Drugs and Therapeutics Committees. He presented, alongside the SMC, on ATMPs as a new and developing area for consideration within Medicines structures. The developing role of the NAATTC in Clinical trials and post MA medicines was also discussed. The information exchange led to good discussion and further detail on the project and its progress will be presented at a future meeting.
